Clear scope before work begins.
An enquiry or free website check does not commit you to paid work. Your written quotation and project agreement confirm what is being delivered, the price and the arrangements that apply.

Agreement and project scope
Paid work starts after the quotation and applicable project terms are accepted in writing and any agreed initial payment has cleared. The agreement specifies deliverables, pages or products, integrations, revisions, exclusions, training, support and a proposed schedule. Changes to scope or price require written agreement. Commerce Launch allowances are starting scopes, confirmed in your quote.
Invoices and payment
The standard payment method is bank transfer against an invoice. Build projects normally require a 50% initial payment, with the balance at the agreed handover milestone. Shop Blueprint is normally paid in full before the session. Larger projects may use agreed milestones. The quotation and invoice state the actual amount and due date. Bank details are provided privately on the invoice.
An initial payment is credited towards the project price. Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the agreement, work completed and any applicable statutory rights; an initial payment is not automatically non-refundable.
Content, timing and approvals
You provide accurate business and product facts, authorised images, required access and approved policy wording. You must have permission to use material supplied. NANA structures and improves supplied content within the agreed allowance. NANA's service does not include legal advice or certification of your business policies.
Dates depend on agreed content, access, feedback and third-party approvals. NANA will discuss revised dates if those dependencies cause a delay. Silence is not approval to publish. Launch, paid advertising and publication on your social accounts require the approval or agreed authority specified for the project.
Revisions and additional work
A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the original brief. Correcting NANA’s own mistakes does not use a round. Extra pages, new features or a different design direction require an agreed quote before work starts. NANA will not add unapproved charges.
Third-party costs and accounts
Domains, hosting, platform subscriptions, paid themes, apps, transaction fees and advertising are separate unless expressly included. These costs and responsibilities are identified before commitment. Essential accounts should be in the client's name wherever practical, with access granted to NANA for the agreed work.
Ownership and handover
The project agreement identifies what bespoke work transfers to you after full payment and what access or files will be handed over. Third-party software, stock assets, fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their licences. NANA's pre-existing tools and reusable methods do not automatically transfer. Your supplied material remains yours.
AI assistance and confidentiality
NANA may use ChatGPT, Claude and Manus for research, drafting and organisation, with human review. Personal and confidential information is excluded by default. Any necessary exception requires a review of permissions and applicable data-protection arrangements. Client files are handled through the agreed access arrangements; passwords should not be placed in public forms.
Training and support
Included training and defect support have the scope and duration stated in the agreement. New features and third-party outages are outside defect correction unless expressly included. Ongoing support is optional and requires its own agreed scope, price and cancellation arrangements. The included support window does not end statutory rights or other enforceable obligations. Emergency or 24-hour support is not included unless expressly agreed.
Cancellation, pausing and refunds
Contact hello@callmenana.com promptly if you need to pause or cancel. The project agreement explains charges for work already delivered and approved third-party commitments, and how any unused advance is handled. A long pause may require a revised schedule and scope, agreed before restarting.
If you contract as a consumer and applicable distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you will receive the required cancellation information before contracting. For relevant service contracts this normally includes 14 days from entering the contract. Work during that period requires your express request, with the required explanation of any proportionate payment and when cancellation rights may end. Your statutory rights are not waived by these website terms.
Complaints and responsibility
NANA aims to provide services with reasonable care and skill. Email hello@callmenana.com with the project reference and concern so it can be investigated and a remedy discussed. The project agreement must identify any applicable liability provisions and dispute arrangements. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts statutory rights.
NANA does not guarantee sales, search positions, funding outcomes or third-party platform approval. Permission to feature a client's work or testimonial in the portfolio is requested separately.
