Already selling on Etsy, at markets or through social media? NANA turns your existing range into your own online shop, imports your prepared listings, sets up payments and delivery, and trains you to run it. Keep your existing sales channels and give repeat customers a direct destination.
A shop does not bring buyers on its own. We plan how you will send people to it, and compare ongoing costs before you commit.
Defined package prices, subject to the stated scope. Your written quote confirms costs and exclusions. No VAT is added to NANA’s fees.
For sellers with products and customers already.
Our initial pilot focuses on established Etsy and market sellers of gifts, homeware and handmade goods. A build is a good fit when you have a ready range with photographs, regular sales, known delivery rates and budget for setup and platform costs. If you are still testing demand, start with the free guide or Shop Blueprint.

A product is one listing. A variant is a purchasable choice such as size or colour within it. Supporting pages exclude the shop catalogue and standard checkout. Client-approved policy pages can use the page allowance.
Two founding shop places
Shop Starter £695 or Shop Launch £1,195, with the same defined scope. Available until 31 January 2027 or until the two places across both packages are allocated. Ask NANA to confirm availability before booking.
We ask for a 20-minute feedback conversation after handover. Any case study or testimonial is optional, requires separate permission and your approval, and is not a condition of the price.
Prepared products. A checked build. Your approval.
1. Agree and prepare
Confirm the scope, platform costs and schedule. You supply the product sheet or suitable Etsy export, approved images and policies.
NANA imports, tidies and checks the agreed catalogue, builds the pages and collects consolidated feedback.
3. Test and hand over
Check orders, delivery and links together. Receive access, training and a handover checklist. You approve when the shop goes live.
Builds: 50% to start and 50% at handover. Blueprint: paid upfront. Handover means sending access, the training recording where agreed, and the checklist; you choose the go-live date. Timelines start when complete content and access are available. Payment-provider approval may cause delays.
Clear limits protect both of us.
A revision round is one consolidated list of changes to agreed content and design. Correcting NANA’s own mistakes never uses a round. New directions or features need a separate quote.
You provide accurate product facts, prices, stock, usable photographs, delivery rules and approved policies. You confirm in writing that products meet applicable safety, labelling and age-restriction requirements. NANA tidies supplied content; it does not provide product-regulatory advice.
Separate costs: domain, platform subscription, paid themes and apps, payment fees and advertising. Accounts belong to you, with NANA receiving appropriate collaborator access.
Excluded unless quoted: photography, branding, substantial original copywriting, custom apps, order-history migrations, subscriptions, international tax, marketplace or POS sync and bespoke integrations. Extra work is £50/hour, with a 30-minute minimum, quoted and approved before starting.
Written approval is required for go-live, spending, publication and changes to prices or policies. Email is fine; silence is never approval. No sales, ranking or provider-approval guarantee is made.
Training first. Optional support after.
Training covers everyday products, stock, orders and content. Defect support fixes work NANA delivered that does not function as agreed. Extra products, new features and third-party outages are not defects. The support window does not limit your legal rights.
Care — shops
£59/month
Monthly checks of links, the supported test-order flow, apps and renewals, plus up to 30 minutes of minor changes. Checks are outside the change allowance.
Support
£129/month
The same checks plus up to 2 hours of agreed changes. An optional 30-minute call counts within those 2 hours.
Business clients only, by written agreement: rolling monthly, 30 days’ notice. Unused time does not roll over. Reply target: two working days during UK business hours; no emergency or 24-hour cover. Third-party costs remain separate.
Before you enquire.
Will a shop bring more sales?
Not by itself. Your shop needs traffic from social media, markets, packaging and repeat customers. Platform fees and direct-shop costs differ; any saving depends on your actual orders, subscriptions and payment fees.
Should I leave Etsy?
Usually not at first. Keep Etsy for discovery and use your own shop as another channel. We do not promise marketplace stock syncing within these packages.
Do I have to type all my products in?
Supply our product sheet or a suitable Etsy listings export. We check its fields and variation information before agreeing the import; missing details still need your input.
Which platform will you use?
We agree the platform and ongoing costs before starting. Complex requirements may need a separate scope rather than a standard package.
Do I need the Blueprint?
No, if your requirements are ready. It helps resolve open decisions, and its £149 fee is credited against a NANA shop build booked within 60 days.
Will AI run my business?
AI can help with drafting and organising approved information. Kyle reviews delivered work; you control prices, claims, spending and publication.
