Founding pricing is available on the first 20 eligible website projects that are scoped, approved and secured with a deposit. It applies to NANA website packages only, not shop builds, support plans, third-party costs or work outside the agreed scope. Standard prices apply once all 20 places are filled.
Domains, hosting, paid software, full copywriting, photography and complex integrations are separate. Shop builds are scoped through Commerce Launch. A revision round is one consolidated list within the agreed scope.

Business clients only. Rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. Checks sit outside the changes allowance; unused time does not roll over. Replies within two working days; no emergency cover. Paid software and advertising are separate. Your agreement confirms the checklist and scope.

I’m Kyle Davey, the sole trader behind NANA — Not Another Agency. I help independent businesses turn their information into a useful website or shop, with patient guidance and plain explanations.
You work directly with me. I use AI tools where useful, review the work, and keep personal or confidential client information out unless the necessary arrangements have been agreed and checked.

Will a website guarantee sales or rankings?
No. You need suitable products or services, traffic and ongoing effort. NANA does not guarantee sales, search positions or platform approvals.
Do I have to buy ongoing support?
No. Support is optional and separately scoped. Handover explains how to manage the agreed website or shop.
What do I need to provide?
Accurate business information, content and images you can use, and timely feedback. Shops also need product data, prices, fulfilment details and confirmation of your product responsibilities.
